What Your Day Entails:
As our Accountant - Bookkeeper, you are vital to our financial success by reconciling bank statements and meticulously reviewing credit card transactions, ensuring every detail is accounted for. As you process invoices and handle the biweekly payroll, you discover innovative ways to streamline financial processes, enhancing efficiency across the board. Your keen eye for detail and analytical prowess shine as you generate and analyze financial reports, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making. With your expertise, you manage accounting processes company-wide, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications for Success:
- 3+ years of experience as a bookkeeper or corporate accountant
- Experience with accounting software, including QuickBooks Online
- Strong knowledge of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency with creating spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical skills
While a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred, it's not required. We're more interested in your skills and experience!

This full-time finance position offers a Monday through Friday schedule located in Annapolis, MD.
