We are a small, growing company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions
  • Work within QuickBooks Online (invoicing, expenses, reconciliations, etc.)
  • Perform bank account and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
  • Support insurance tracking, certificates, and documentation
  • Assist with tax-related filings and organization of financial records
  • Maintain organized records (digital and physical)
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks
  • Utilize Excel and other tools for tracking and reporting

Qualifications

  • Strong math and accounting skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
  • Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Familiarity with payroll processes
  • Experience handling insurance-related documentation
  • Basic understanding of tax filings and financial reporting
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, dependable, and able to stay focused in a busy environment
