The Role

The team is now hiring an Accountant, Business Finance to join the Finance team and will:

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the Group monthly management reporting of internal and external Business Development spend and Operating Assets’ capital expenditure.
• Act as primary point of contact for Business Development team members on all IFS project management related matters.
• Act as a primary point of contact for local teams providing expertise and support for IFS in Business Development and Capex Reporting, leading the continuous improvement of IFS, seeking assistance from the in-house IFS team as required.
• Assist with year-end financial reporting including preparation of the notes to the financial statements, dealing with technical accounting matters, liaising with the auditors.

Location

The preferred work location is Cape Town. Candidates based in Johannesburg who are willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
