About

We aren't looking for a "manager" to oversee things, we need a hands‑on Accountant who knows the rhythm of the trades. If you’ve handled billing for contractors, home builders, or HVAC/Electric companies, we want you.

Responsibilities

• AIA Billing: Manage standardized construction billing and documentation.
• Full‑Cycle: Handle AP/AR, bank recs, and general ledger.
• Process Building: Help us document and sharpen our accounting workflows.
• Operations: Manage job‑specific licenses, bonding, and credentials.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of solid accounting experience.
• Industry Background: Must have experience in Construction, Trades, or Home Building.
• Software: Pro‑level QuickBooks Online skills.
• Energy: High‑speed, independent problem solver who gets things done.
• Commute: Ability to be onsite in Lewes 2‑3 days a week.
