Job Summary
Go Market Master NIG is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced professional to fill the role of Accountant / Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator.
The ideal candidate must have strong accounting experience, excellent organizational and leadership abilities, and the capacity to effectively support executive management while also assisting with operational coordination. This role requires a smart, confident, reliable, and proactive individual with an excellent command of English and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, expense tracking, and financial documentation
- Assist with invoicing, payroll support, and financial reporting
- Provide administrative and executive support to the GMD
- Manage schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and executive communications
- Assist with operations management and coordination of internal activities
- Monitor tasks, workflows, and ensure operational efficiency
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability in all responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years remote work experience (mandatory)
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Experience in operations management or administrative coordination is required
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Confident, eloquent, professional, and highly organized
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and accounting tools/software is an advantage
Remote Work Requirements
Applicants must have:

- Reliable and fast internet connection
- A professional and functional workstation setup
- A working laptop suitable for remote operations
