Help maintain accurate financial records, ensure tax compliance, and support reporting across our operations. We're looking for someone with 2–5+ years of accounting experience—ideally in a multi-state environment—who’s skilled in sales tax reconciliation, month-end close, AP support, and general ledger analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-state sales tax compliance and reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations and support treasury functions
• Support month/year-end close with journal entries and GL analysis
• Assist with AP, vendor support, and insurance reconciliations
• Calculate commissions and prepare accruals
• Maintain 1099 compliance and assist with audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Advanced Excel and excellent communication skills
