Accountant (Inventory & Corporate Accounting)

Immediate need for a talented Accountant (Inventory & Corporate Accounting). This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Dallas, TX (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close activities and journal entries
• Perform account reconciliations and financial reporting
• Analyze and manage inventory valuation
• Support compliance with state and federal regulatory programs
• Act as accounting liaison across departments
• Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages
• Support audits and resolve discrepancies
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• 5+ years of corporate or inventory accounting experience
• Strong experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• CPA (Preferred, not required)
• Experience with SAP FI/CO
• Background in regulatory accounting or compliance
