Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile financial records
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Process, verify, and post financial transactions accurately
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold internal controls
• Support monthly and year-end account closings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years professional accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting procedures
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Experience with multi-site or multi-entity accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
