Our client is an internationally active technology company that develops innovative solutions in the field of Green Tech for the maritime industry and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Independent processing of ongoing accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets) in Microsoft Dynamics
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Preparation of VAT pre-registration statements and recapitulative statements
• Processing of input tax refund applications in EU countries
• Verification and booking of credit card transactions as well as travel expense and per diem claims
• Involvement in accounts receivable management
• Communication with international contacts in English

Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Experience in financial accounting
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., NAV / Business Central)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
