We are actively collaborating with an Investment Company based in the east of the city of Luxembourg, close to the airport. This company mainly invests in Real Estate and established an office in Luxembourg 10 years ago. With a dynamic, multicultural, and human-sized team, the structure has known a certain growth and is, as a result, looking for an Accountant. The team is currently composed of a Supervisor, a few accountants, a tax expert, and administrative assistants. Due to the youthfulness of the directors and the mentality of the company, the management is mainly based on results and trust: no micromanagement and no time-tracking policy.

Responsibilities

  • Take care of the bookkeeping for Propcos and Holdings Companies.
  • Review VAT and tax returns and collaborate with a tax officer who mainly prepares these documents.
  • Establish annual accounts autonomously.
  • Work in a team and organize the work to avoid any delay.
  • Be in contact with colleagues abroad in order to supervise and deal with investments abroad (mainly in Europe).

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in accounting in Luxembourg.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with financial vehicles during your career (SOPARFIs, Holdings…) and ideally Real Estate investments.
  • Completely autonomous in the management of a portfolio.
  • Appreciate working in a team and having diversified responsibilities.
  • Flexible and versatile.
  • Any other language, but specifically German, is an advantage.

Offer

  • Salary up to €85,000 gross per year (full-time basis) depending on experience and seniority.
