Accountant (QuickBooks Experience Required)

Overview

We are a growing automotive business specializing in vehicle sales and pre-purchase inspections. We’re looking for a detail-oriented accountant who can take ownership of our financial records and bring structure to our operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks
• Record and reconcile transactions (bank, credit cards, expenses)
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet)
• Track payables, receivables, and outstanding balances
• Assist with budgeting and cash flow management
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Coordinate with CPA for tax filings if needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper (2+ years preferred)
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in automotive or dealership accounting is a plus
