Accountant with CPA Certified

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 2–5 years of experience and a strong foundation in accounting principles and taxation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial reporting, tax preparation, and compliance, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A CPA certification (or progress toward CPA) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
• Handle general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax regulations
• Support audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash flow tracking
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
• Maintain proper documentation and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or taxation
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
• Experience with tax preparation and filings
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
