Your Responsibilities

• Development and further development of sustainable, IFRS-compliant accounting according to group guidelines
• Timely monthly transfer of earnings figures to the shareholder's reporting and consolidation systems
• Independent implementation and mapping of financial processes in the ERP system
• Creation and responsibility for the IFRS-HGB reconciliation
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
• Communication with auditors and the internal audit department of the parent company
• Contact person (m/f/d) for IFRS-related tax issues with the shareholder
• Support of the accounting team and participation in ad-hoc projects

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or business administration degree with a focus on accounting
• Sound knowledge of IFRS and good knowledge of HGB
• Several years of professional experience in accounting or group accounting, ideally in an international environment
• Confident use of ERP systems and experience in process implementation in the finance department
• Analytical thinking, high affinity for numbers, and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills in exchanges with shareholders, auditors, and auditors
• Team orientation, hands-on mentality, and high reliability
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
