Key Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and payroll
- Record daily work completed for each team
- Prepare and send invoices
- Enter and maintain accurate financial records and data
- Reconcile transactions and perform bookkeeping tasks
- Support month-ending reporting and administrative accounting functions
- Maintain organized files, records and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative and accounting support experience
- Full understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing and reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced skill in Quickbooks and ability to learn Clipitc Software
- Professional communications with 40+ person team
- Dependable work ethic
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $62,500.00 per year
- Starting Salary: $55,000 with $7,000 for Affordable Care Act Healthcare Insurance (with insurance agent assistance).
- Bonus: A 6-month bonus includes 1 year of Dental Insurance with a dentist ($500 value).
- Salary Growth: Up to $75,000, with bonuses available for strong performance.
- Paid Time Off: 2 Weeks Paid PTO, with job flexibility and additional unpaid PTO of up to 2 weeks from November through February, totaling 4 weeks available PTO.
