Accounting and Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping and revision of accounting records
• Entry and control of general ledger transactions
• Fixed assets management, monthly/annual provisions, and account reconciliations
• Participation in month-end closings and year-end financial statements
• Preparation of statutory financial reports, including tax packages and balance sheets
• Oversight of bank reconciliations
• Monitoring of cash flow and payment cycles
• Support in the preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Contribution to corporate tax (IS) and business tax (CVAE) filings
• Support for full fiscal compliance and liaising with external accountants and advisors
• Issue client invoices and manage accounts receivable follow-up
• Assist in organizing internal expense reporting and vendor payment tracking
• Support the HQ Board and committees with reporting and documentation tasks

Languages

• Fluent in French and English mandatory
• Italian is a plus but not mandatory

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Previous exposure to office or administrative coordination is a strong asset
