Accounting and Financial Analyst Junior

**About the Role**: Reporting to the Corporate Financial Controller, you will participate in the activities of the Group Controlling team. As part of this role, you will be involved in keeping Vitec France's accounts in the Epicor ERP, producing reporting and carrying out various ad-hoc financial studies. You'll be able to reconcile daily or monthly deadlines with the processing of medium-term requests, and you'll help to streamline the management of the department by guaranteeing the quality and timeliness of responses and follow-up on each file. The following list is by no means exhaustive:

- Controlling associated with supplier accounting and bank reconciliation for Vitec France - In this role, you will act as a back-up for invoice entry and bank reconciliation on Epicor. - Monitoring and reporting on the Group's financial instruments and cash flows:

- Analysis of operating cash flow, debt and investments - Analysis of activity in currency and by currency - Analysis of banking conditions - Monitoring of banking commitments and related agreements - Monitoring of various requests made by lending banks or funds in which Group cash is invested. - Reporting on real estate activities at all Group sites worldwide (around ten sites):

- recording and monitoring short-term financial flows between Group companies, with tenants outside the Group, and with property management companies - monitoring medium-term profitability of the real estate division - Participation in the various tasks of the controlling team, which may include:

- reconciliation of flows between Group companies - statutory consolidation - control of transfer prices - ad-hoc financial monitoring of R&D projects, etc.

**About You**: With a 4/5-year degree in accounting/auditing/management, you have completed your studies or have 0 to 3 years' experience in a similar position, in a demanding environment requiring a high level of responsiveness. You have the ability to work independently and the desire to learn and develop your skills as part of a small team within a dynamic, human-sized company.

You are comfortable using and mastering the main office automation tools (Pack Office), and experience using an ERP (EPICOR would be a plus).

You speak and write English well, as this will often be your working language.

You are service-minded, have good interpersonal skills, and are discreet, rigorous, reliable, proactive, able to manage priorities and adaptable. You appreciate autonomy as much as teamwork. Come and join us
