About the role
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Process invoices and track payments
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances
- Maintain organized financial records
- Keep accounting systems updated and organized for timely Independent Contractor payments
- Assist with tracking contractor invoices and payment processing
- Provide administrative and accounting support
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Must be highly dependable and responsible
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid U.S. work permit required
