About the role

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
  • Process invoices and track payments
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances
  • Maintain organized financial records
  • Keep accounting systems updated and organized for timely Independent Contractor payments
  • Assist with tracking contractor invoices and payment processing
  • Provide administrative and accounting support

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Must be highly dependable and responsible
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid U.S. work permit required
