We are seeking experienced Accounting & Auditing (A&A) CPAs and instructors to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for teaching and creating technical content in the fields of accounting, auditing, and financial education. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), complex topics such as revenue recognition, lease accounting, consolidations, and US auditing standards (AICPA and PCAOB).

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging presentations on technical accounting matters, including US GAAP and auditing standards
- Facilitate live and/or recorded courses to a wide range of accounting professionals
- Practice and refine presentation delivery to ensure accurate, clear communication of complex materials
- Answer questions from participants during live sessions or course re-broadcasts
- Instruct CPE courses in various formats: remote webinars, self-study, and live sessions
- Create detailed technical content for presentations, including slides and written documents
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure materials meet high-quality standards
- Review and understand all provided content before delivery to ensure accuracy
- Clearly explain complex technical topics in an understandable manner
- Respond to participant inquiries during live sessions and re-broadcasts
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience required
- Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with US GAAP, tax, or technical accounting matters
- Experience with AICPA or PCAOB auditing standards is preferred for A&A candidates
- At least 1 year of experience in public speaking, facilitating, or instructing required
- Minimum of 1 year of audit or tax experience in public accounting required
