Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk / Finance Associate to support daily financial and administrative operations. This role involves handling transactional finance tasks, supporting local operations, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage local payments, deposits, and petty cash
- Perform check management and will-call transactions
- Scan and organize supporting financial documentation
- Process and email invoices accurately
- Maintain email inbox and respond to finance-related queries
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of printing and scanning
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Chrome)
- Experience with email and invoice management
