About

Accounting lead needed to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities for commercial general contracting firm.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank deposits, vendor/contractor payments, audits, and other financial reports.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Meet financial accounting objectives.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce and send financial reports or statements.
• Utilize our online system to process and send invoices to clients.
• Process monthly recurring and non-recurring charges.
• Provide customer service regarding collection disputes and account inquiries.
• Prepare weekly and monthly analyses on collection efforts.
• Audit all accounts on a quarterly basis.
• Reach out to vendors and clients regarding payment status.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
