Accounting Manager

About

The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable functions, supervising financial processes, coordinating with international partners, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations across AP, AR, and general ledger, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflows while driving process improvements and best practices
• Manage financial activities including cost accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and oversight of payment processing
• Lead AP and AR functions by supervising invoicing, collections, vendor payments, account reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams
• Prepare and review financial reports and submissions, coordinate with international teams, and oversee credit management, vendor setup, and maintenance of accounting systems and financial data

Requirements

• Prior experience in an Accounting Lead, Senior Accounting, or related role
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, general ledger, etc.
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am or 4pm or 9am to 5pm
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree or greater in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
