The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts while leading and developing a team of accounting professionals. This role combines hands-on accounting, client management, and team leadership across multiple industries.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounting services for multiple client accounts
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients
• Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff
• Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met accurately
• Identify and help resolve accounting and process issues

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA Preferred But Not Required
• 8+ years of accounting experience
• Prior supervisory or management experience
• Public Accounting Or Client Accounting Experience Preferred
• Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation And Benefits

• $105,000-$135,000 annually, based on experience
