In this role, you will lead financial operations in a manufacturing setting, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. You will drive month-end close, general ledger integrity, and multi-state tax compliance while shaping cost accounting strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to clean legacy data and synchronize systems, enabling data‑driven decisions. You will mentor the accounting team and leverage ERP and BI tools to scale processes and insights. This is a hands‑on, onsite leadership position focused on accuracy, efficiency, and strategic financial oversight.

Responsabilités

• Proven accounting management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in month-end close, GL operations, and financial audits
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query) and familiarity with SAP ERP
• Strong understanding of nexus‑based tax reporting and multi‑state compliance
• Background in cost accounting and financial data analysis
• Experience with Sage AP Automation and BI platforms for reporting and automation
• Excellent organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Effective leadership and communication to manage a team
