Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting and payroll operations including accounts payable and receivable processing, coding transactions, reconciliations, payroll documentation, vendor maintenance, and financial recordkeeping.
• Assist with audit preparation, process improvements, and systems support.
• Gain exposure to nonprofit accounting principles and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate students pursuing accounting, finance, business, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Completion of at least one introductory accounting or financial management course.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.

Additional Information

• Interns may work up to 20 hours per week during the internship term.
