About the Role

We are looking for an Accounting Professional with at least 5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience. You will manage general ledger maintenance and reconciliations while ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills will help you excel in processing payroll and handling statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and recordkeeping
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Handle tax filings: HST/GST, WSIB, and Employer Health Tax
• Maintain integrity of accounting systems
• Support transition to new accounting or ERP systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of bookkeeping expertise
• Familiarity with Canadian payroll and tax regulations
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
