  • Prepare monthly utility invoices for payment
  • Review and process landlord statements for escrow changes
  • Review and prepare all Occupancy vendor additions and changes
  • Prepare monthly journal entries
  • Assist in gathering supporting documents of all external/internal/financial audits
  • Perform day-to-day administrative responsibilities
  • Assist with any ad-hoc projects

  • 1-2 years administrative or accounting experience
