AP/AR Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable AP/AR Specialist to support our accounting operations. This role is responsible for managing both accounts payable and receivable functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with reporting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, code, and pay vendor invoices accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on customer invoices, including managing collections for past-due accounts
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and supporting financial records
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports related to cash flow and AP/AR activity
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and provide general administrative support to the accounting team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Payroll experience is a plus; this role will serve as backup support for HR payroll functions
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors and clients
