Role Description

The Accounts Assistant will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate documentation, supporting bookkeeping, and assisting with financial reporting. This full-time position requires working on-site at our office in Cochin, SK. The role includes processing invoices, reconciling payments, maintaining account records, and assisting with audits to ensure financial compliance and efficiency. The Accounts Assistant will collaborate with various departments to support financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reconciliation
• Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial tools
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with taxation and regulatory compliance processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related roles will be considered an asset
