Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer accounts, including processing invoices and payments
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and resolve any disputes
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare and send out statements and reminders to customers
• Collaborate with sales team to resolve customer issues and improve payment terms
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Proficiency in accounting software ( SAP)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
