Briarstone Group is an institutional-grade real estate development and management firm with a 1,200+ unit portfolio. We specialize in a proprietary Private Pipeline framework that allows Accredited Investors to bypass the retail market and acquire brand-new, cash‑flowing apartment buildings in AAA Canadian locations.
The Role
This is NOT a job for beginners. You will be working with sophisticated investors from all walks of life (CEOs, Physicians, Professionals) and helping them deploy capital into our cash‑flowing real estate opportunities.
Our Investor Relations team qualifies our prospects before booking them on your calendar, so you can focus on doing what you do best – close.
We run call reviews and training DAILY.
Your Responsibilities
- Ask The Right Questions: Conduct in‑depth discovery so you can match the prospect to an appropriate opportunity
- Problem Solve: Navigate complex investment structures and accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, Hold‑Cos)
- Seamless Hand‑off: Act as the final bridge between the investor and our Exempt Market Dealer so it’s a seamless transition to closing
- Pipeline Management: Stay on top of your pipeline to move qualified prospects forward
Who You Are
- Investment Knowledge: You have a proven track record in Private Equity, Real Estate Investment, or Financial Services
- Exceptional Communicator: You can maintain your frame in a conversation with a wealthy CEO or surgeon, leading with understanding and solutions, not pressure
- Sharp: You understand the mechanics of sophisticated real estate deals (cap rates, IRR, fee structures, etc.)
- A Player: You don’t need babysitting. You hunt through your pipeline, stay on top of follow‑up, and help deals get closed

Compensation
Pay: $200,000.00 – $450,000.00 per year
