About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, supporting senior managers in day-to-day relationship management.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring campaigns across media, digital, and advocacy platforms.
  • Draft client reports, proposals, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Track deliverables, budgets, and timelines to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule.
  • Support in gathering industry insights, media monitoring, and competitor analysis to inform client strategies.
  • Assist with client billing and budget reconciliation, and ensure accurate project records.
  • Coordinate logistics for press briefings, stakeholder roundtables, workshops, and campaign activations.
  • Work closely with creative, digital, and media teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a media agency, PR firm, consultancy, or client service role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of digital tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit.
