About the role

Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions, to include reviewing general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Lead and guide accounting team members, offering support and conducting performance reviews.
  • Client Invoicing using QuickBooks.
  • Bank Entry.
  • Vendor Bill Entry in QuickBooks.
  • Payroll entry.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP)
  • Oversee the smooth and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close
  • Contribute to the creation and review of financial reports and statements
  • Collaborate in coordinating internal and external audit processes
  • Help develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong QuickBooks Experience in MUST.
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Generally.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
