What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team, continuing to foster accountability, growth, and strong team performance
- Oversee end-to-end AP operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Balance leadership with hands-on execution across AP operations
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve clarity, responsiveness, and self-service capabilities
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls and reporting processes
What Success Looks Like
- Payments are consistently accurate and on time
- Processes are efficient, scalable, and well-controlled
- The AP team is engaged, accountable, and continuing to develop
- Business partners experience clear, consistent, and responsive support
What You Bring
- Experience leading Accounts Payable teams and processes
- Strong systems knowledge (SAP, Concur preferred)
- Proven ability to drive process improvements
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to stay close to the work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
