A well‑established organization in the project‑driven services sector is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Manager to join their team!

Your New Role

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle for both domestic and international operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and subcontractor disbursements.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial clarity and cost‑related insights.
• Assist with international banking activity and multi‑currency processes.
• Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing, including reconciliations and report preparation.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry‑specific financial requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and modernize accounting processes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of AP Management expereince preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software, ideally Sage products.
• Strong understanding of job costing and multi‑entity environments.
• Experience with international banking is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
