AP Specialist

Insight Global is seeking an AP Specialist to join our team based in Chantilly.

Schedule

This person will be onsite 4 days of the week with 1 day remote.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices and reconcile them to corresponding purchase orders
• Verify purchase order details to ensure accurate invoicing
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by following up with vendors and internal partners
• Prepare invoices for payment via ACH, credit card, check, or online methods
• Contact vendors to obtain invoice and payment details as needed
• Post vendor payments and maintain complete invoice-to-payment documentation
• Build and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Input, reconcile, and process vendor credit card transactions
• Review RMA credits and coordinate follow-up with sales and vendors
• Review and audit travel and expense reports in Concur

Compensation

$23/hr to $25/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
