Schedule

8-4:30pm (30 min lunch) or 8-5pm (1hr lunch)

Between 11:30-2pm (either 30 min or 1 hr whichever they choose)

Microsoft 365, Cardinal (Statewide payment system) eVA(statewide procurement system), Spend Hub (custom financial system)

Work Location

Virtual or In Person (depending on availability)

Responsibilities

• Audit and Key invoices and travel reimbursements into the statewide payment system (Cardinal)

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable knowledge & experience
• Previous VA state agency experience, keying invoices and vouchers in Cardinal (statewide payment system)
• Microsoft Suite proficiency
