Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable activities, including monitoring outstanding balances and payment status
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure timely payments
• Execute collection efforts to reduce outstanding balances and support cash flow objectives
• Collaborate with clients and internal departments to resolve open balance inquiries
• Investigate and reconcile payment discrepancies between invoiced and received amounts
• Maintain detailed records and notes on account activity and outstanding charges
• Follow departmental policies and procedures while supporting performance goals and KPI targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience
• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable
• Real estate experience is a plus
