Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results‑driven L&D Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise‑wide learning initiatives with a strong focus on innovation, scale, and GenAI‑enabled learning solutions. This role goes beyond traditional project management, partnering closely with business leaders, cross‑functional teams, and technology teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that leverage data, automation, and generative AI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end project management for L&D initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and upskilling programs
  • Identify and implement GenAI use cases across the learning lifecycle (e.g., content creation, personalization, assessments, learning analytics, coaching bots)
  • Partner with instructional design and tech teams to embed AI‑driven learning solutions responsibly and effectively
  • Oversee pilot programs for GenAI‑enabled tools and scale successful solutions across the organization
  • Ensure ethical, compliant, and secure use of AI in learning initiatives
  • Expertise in creating L&D curriculum for internal teams
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (instructional designers, facilitators, LMS admins, vendors) to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ensure learning programs meet quality standards and align with organizational learning strategy

  • Oversee pilot programs, rollouts, and post‑launch evaluations
  • Use data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
