Duties & Responsibilities

• Full-time hybrid role for an Actuarial Recruiter at PeopleSolved.
• The Actuarial Recruiter will be responsible for daily tasks related to recruiting actuarial professionals.
• This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of the actuarial profession and its specific skill sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Experience in the Actuarial or insurance industry is a plus.

Compensation

Undisclosed commission based.
