Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a creative and experienced Ad Specialist & Content Writer to join our team. You'll work closely with client's team to develop engaging and impactful ad content tailored for real estate audiences across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-performing ad copy tailored for various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Optimize content for engagement, click-through, and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to understand trends in Dubai’s real estate market and tailor messaging accordingly.
- A/B test creatives and copy to constantly improve campaign performance.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ad copywriting or digital content creation, preferably in real estate.
- Strong portfolio of written ad content across platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of content strategy and consumer psychology.
- Excellent command of written English.
- Experience with Dubai or GCC real estate market is a plus.

- Annual CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000
