About the role

SUMMARY:

Are you immediately available with a minimum of ten years’ experience in an all-round finance administration position dealing with debtors, creditors, invoicing and general administration?

Our client based in Sea Point requires the skills of a driven individual who loves multi-tasking, confident to liaise with customers and give the best customer service.

Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans.

Requirements

  • Matric
  • 10 years’ experience with admin and basic finance
  • Competence with MSWord and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

DUTIES

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions with precision and efficiency
  • Making bookings for clients and manage diary
  • Receipting of the invoices from the day before and rebooking for the following month
  • Creating invoices in word and writing up the treatment report book to give to the technician to do his work the next day
  • Scanning of the signed invoices and emailing to the client
  • Following up on outstanding invoices

Salary:

R12 000 dependent on experience.
