We are opening an Azure DevOps Administrator position to strengthen our client's team in Givisiez. You will reinforce a team responsible for continuous integration and deployment platforms. The mission involves administering an on-premise Azure DevOps Server environment and supporting projects in the industrialization of their software delivery chains and cloud-native infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Azure DevOps Server platform and build servers on Windows and Linux.
• Ensure the continuous evolution of DevOps tools and propose technical improvements adapted to needs.
• Support project teams in designing CI pipelines for build automation.
• Implement and optimize CD pipelines for on-premise, containerized, or cloud deployments.
• Participate in infrastructure automation through Infrastructure as Code approaches.
• Design and maintain Kubernetes manifests and Helm charts.
• Provide technical support, routine operations, and contribute to the overall stability of the platform.
• Document implemented solutions and collaborate with integration teams within an agile framework.

Requirements

• Excellent mastery of Azure DevOps Server and Azure DevOps Services.
• Very good Linux administration skills and good Windows Server knowledge.
• Solid expertise in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Proven experience in creating multi-technology YAML CI/CD pipelines (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Good command of IaC tools such as Terraform / OpenTofu, Ansible, or Bicep.
• Advanced scripting skills: PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Knowledge of observability, security, code quality (e.g., Sonar), and collaborative tools (Jira / Confluence).
• Good understanding of agile methodologies and a continuous improvement-oriented DevOps / SecOps culture.
