The Role

The IT department of Medical Patients & Consumers (DMPC) is looking for a Functional Administrator / Configuration Specialist / Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in managing GxP and non-GxP information systems, ideally used in pharmaceutical laboratories (pharmacovigilance, clinical, medical information, medical departments, etc.).

You will be involved in two IT deployment projects (a new Veeva IT system and an internal IT system upgrade). The mission also consists of ensuring the maintenance, evolution, and animation of IT systems in Run to meet business and regulatory requirements.

As part of the administration of DMPC IT systems:

• Manage the Configuration, Change management, and Build to run streams for 2 ongoing projects.
• Manage functional administration and IT system piloting in Run:
  • training and access,
  • support,
  • configuration and management of evolutions to meet business and regulatory needs, following the current change management process,
  • incident management until resolution,
  • animation of a user community, implementation and monitoring of IT system adoption KPIs,
  • management of quality documents associated with IT systems.

Profile

It is important for the success of this mission that you quickly familiarize yourself with the business processes related to the specificities of these IT systems.

Profile with a BAC +5 level: University/Engineering school specializing in IT/Information Systems.

Proficiency in English is required for this position (oral and written).
