About the role
A leading company is on the lookout for a skilled Executive Personal Assistant who acts as the right hand to Senior executives. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Assist with financial processes. • Oversee operational tasks. • Act as a key liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders. • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports. • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Minimum Requirements: • Matric • 5 years’ of experience • Financially and operationally involved
