They are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to provide effective office support.

The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations through efficient administration, coordination, and communication.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Computer literate (MS Office – Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good telephone etiquette

Responsibilities

  • Answering/redirecting all incoming calls and taking messages
  • Arrange appointments with clients
  • Prepare prospective client files as needed
  • General office management assistance
  • Receive, direct and relay messages via phone/email
  • Handle expenses
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • General administration
  • Receiving, distributing, and processing all incoming and outgoing mail
