About the role
Position Summary
This mid-level professional is responsible for working directly with a group of financial advisors assisting with the management & organization of client information. Including, attending to & servicing client needs.
Qualifications
4 year college degree or business school equivalent & office experience preferable, with a valid drivers license. Must be a detailed oriented person who possesses solid decision making ability. Should have excellent communication, organizational, analytical skills & capability to multi-task. Must take initiative, be able to work independently.
- Basic typing skills necessary for reprinting of standardized letters & memos to various investment & insurance companies.
- Assist with office operations where appropriate to include data entry, telephone & other administrative duties.
- Possess knowledge of information technology - internet savvy.
- Microsoft Word & Excel capable.
- Assist with implementation of client marketing programs, along with outreach to current clients.
- Work in an office environment with other employees Monday - Friday.
- This is a full - time position.
