Additionally, they analyze funding, staffing, and resource needs to support organizational goals, offering recommendations for fund allocation and workforce planning.
They draft HR policies, participate in strategic planning, and oversee training programs.
The role involves leading complex projects, coordinating teams, providing technical guidance on NSF systems, and representing the organization in discussions with stakeholders.
