A well-established company in Boksburg is seeking a Disabled Administrator to support daily office operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general office administration and filing
- Manage and update driver schedules and records
- Assist with driver coordination and daily communication
- Monitor attendance registers and timesheets
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Capture and maintain accurate company data and documentation
- Assist with reporting and basic office management duties
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office activities
- Support management with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties
- Ensure all documentation is organised and up to date
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous administrative experience advantageous
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional and positive attitude
