A well-established company in Boksburg is seeking a Disabled Administrator to support daily office operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform general office administration and filing
  • Manage and update driver schedules and records
  • Assist with driver coordination and daily communication
  • Monitor attendance registers and timesheets
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Capture and maintain accurate company data and documentation
  • Assist with reporting and basic office management duties
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office activities
  • Support management with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties
  • Ensure all documentation is organised and up to date

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Previous administrative experience advantageous
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Professional and positive attitude
