About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and reception duties
  • Attend to customer queries and walk-ins professionally
  • Handle quotations, invoices, and general administration
  • Liaise with insurance companies when required
  • Assist with marketing and client relationship management
  • Maintain accurate filing and record keeping
  • Support daily workshop/operations coordination
  • Manage their teams and ensure smooth day-to-day team performance and workflow

Requirements

  • Must have knowledge of cars (motor vehicles)
  • Must be bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
  • Grade 12
  • Some technical background in vehicles will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of the glass industry is essential
  • Must be presentable, especially when engaging in marketing with insurance companies
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Computer literate and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Every second Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
