Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Admissions & Outreach Manager at Athena School of Management in Mumbai. The manager will be responsible for driving admissions for our cutting‑edge Post Graduate programs. This role requires strong existing working relationships with Test Prep Centers, Coaching Institutions, Colleges, Education & Career Counselors in the Mumbai region. This full‑time position is based out of Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Partnership/Outreach/Institutional strategies to drive admissions
  • Manage the entire admissions process for the designated program
  • Build networks with Institutional Partners & Counselors / Education Advisers
  • Drive business growth and revenue through strategic enrollments

Qualifications

  • 4 – 8 years of core experience in Admissions & Outreach in similar fields
  • Track record of admissions & business delivery for MBA & Post Graduate programs
  • Contacts in the Higher Education sector in the Mumbai area
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills
  • Strong networking & business acumen
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the Higher Education sector
  • Previous experience in admissions or outreach roles is mandatory
